Established in 1984, FRC has clients across Australia and internationally. Office and laboratory facilities are located in Brisbane.

FRC is comprehensively equipped for operations in the field and laboratory. Our range of sampling devices include traps, nets, dredges, corers and quadrats; Anabat II bat recorders; digital video and still photographic equipment (including underwater); DGPS and surveying equipment.
FRC field personnel hold Coxswains and Masters Class V marine qualifications. All diving is carried out in accordance with commercial diving standards (AS815/2299). We operate a number of 4WDs, boats and a hovercraft.
