FRC Environmental provides independent services in applied scientific and technical research. Our professional focus is on the aquatic environment: marine, coastal and freshwaters. We consult to all three levels of government; to industry within the development, mining and tourism sectors; to the fishing and aquaculture industries; and to non-government organisations.

Whilst commercially independent, FRC Environmental has established relations with allied professions, and in most cases can provide our clients with a comprehensive and fully integrated service.

Our advice is impartial and objective. We provide our clients with accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date information, so that they may make informed, defensible decisions. This information is provided in a manner that is both technically rigorous yet simple to understand. Our independence and objectivity ensure that our work is also highly acceptable to a range of stakeholders, from research agencies to community based conservation groups.
